“Don’t hide your light under the bushel”

It’s been some time that I have this quote in my mind. It means we shouldn’t hide who we really are but share it with the ones around us. We all have unique light in us (spark of Devine as Deepak Chopra calls it) and because we are here, in this life, that means the world needs it: our voice, our joy, our strength. It is very easy to get discouraged and worried about what people around will say or think but they have no power to dim your light. You are the one who gives permission to yourself to be free so that your greater Self can lead you. Don’t be shy to be yourself, allow yourself to feel and to be because

YOU ARE BOUNTIFUL, YOUARE BEAUTIFUL, YOU ARE BLISSFUL

And if you ever feel disconnected just close your eyes and repeat to yourself:

I allow myself to feel,

I allow my light to shine with kindness and love,

I am lovable,

I am worthy,

I am enough,

I am alive!
